Need someone to rebuild a BSA R10 bottle valve

Got a bottle leaking through the valve. Cheap HF strap wrench won't budge it. Who can rebuild it for me? tim

What did you do airgun related today.

That's my only complaint on those BSA SE guns. That 1st stage is super long.

    N/A Manual PCP filling

Update: I did get a BSA R10 in .177cal It tested out at an average over 10 shots at 20.5 fpe I decided to give a cheap Amazon compressor a chance and it's worked just fine!

N/A Whats your most consistently accurate airgun?

...and accurately shoot my .22 Daystate Airwolf the best. My .177 Daystate Mk4, .20 Daystate Huntsman Regal, .22 Air Arms S510 Carbine FAC and my .177 BSA R10 are right there as well. It's just that the Airwolf trigger is by far #1 of them all except the MK4 is an almost undiscernible #1A)

BSA R10 giving me fits trying to tune

Not an R10, but I had a BSA Ultra SE and Scorpion SE. Both had undesirable extreme spreads, but they were both unregulated. The hammer spring adjuster will bottom out before the spring will coil bind, but it doesn't stop turning, it stops in a threadless groove so it doesn't fall out into the...

    BSA BSA R12 XLX Pro

I have the newer R10 SE .22 from AOA and the trigger on mine is great.. Its regulated and very consistent and accuracy hangs right with my Crown MK2 which if Im doing my part will shoot little finger tip size 5 shot groups at 32 yds. I thought I had read that they werent made to be tuned BSA...

Best looking air rifle you've seen, owned or shot

...rifles I will never sell: AAA Paradigm .30; Daystate Airwolf MCT .22; Daystate Hunstman Regal .20; Air Arms S510 Carbine FAC .22; Daystate MKIV .177 and my trusty BSA R10 .177. There is just something about Walnut and steel that goes together for me. Dates back to my M-14 in the Marine Corps.

What did you do airgun related today.

Just got back from overseas. Went hunting in the backyard for the first time this year. Started with my .177 BSA R10. Checked the gauge and it looked full. Shot at a nail head in the wooden fence (20 yards) to check scope zero. Hit the nail on the head! Took out several English...

    Other What should I get?

Had an ultra SE and a Scorpion at one point. Nice guns, but they get a bit loud when the hammer is turned up. I couldn't get the actual action to be quiet when I had the power cranked. I guess it's that open hammer slot under the mag. Their shot strings had some curve to them I couldn't dial out...

Other Undecided BSA or Weihrauch pcp.

Here is my S510 Carbine FAC in .22 for reference. Quite handsome IMO. My BSA R10 .177 is also a looker.

    BSA R10 SE.......??

I'm in the market for a new pcp.....again 😎. I have been looking at the Brocock Sniper XR as well as the BSA R10 SE. (The Brocock Compatto as well for what it's worth.) I've no doubt the quality of the Brocock really. Too many positives out there by users. But....if any would like to give me...

FX Learning to tune new Crown MK2

...set at 117/22, HOLY COW, it shot 22 shots in one hole, with a %ES of 0.69%. I have a Brocock Sniper HR, a Cricket Carbine, a Katran and a BSA R10 and all with keep ES below 10 fps and %ES at 1.0 or less, but nothing this close to perfection. Anyone else notice that a tiny adjustment results...

Still on the hunt for a great .177 slug shooter! Any suggestions?

My .177 BSA R10 excels with heavier (10+ gr) pellets and is extremely accurate with the Howler 12 gr slugs. There is some magic in those BSA barrels.

    N/A Who shot their .177 today ?

I have one just like this except it is a .20 . . . one of my favorites. Laser beam accuracy and quiet. My two .177s are my BSA R10 and my Daystate Mark 4. They are the perfect backyard Starling eliminator. Laser beam accurate, extremely quiet and steel and walnut works of art, just like the...

Air Arms - rebrand, partnership, and new products!

Yep, my thoughts exactly. BSA pre Gamo are such good guns. The new modular style CLX and R10 MK2 rifles have known issues. The SE line were damn near bullet proof. Falls under the category "if it ain't broke..." At least they didn't get Dylan Mulvaney to be their spokesMAN.

Daystate UPDATE 1-9-24 Looking to make the move to PCP world. Need guidance!

IMHBAO, Look at a Daystate Huntsman, Air Arms S510. FX Crown and BSA R10 in that order for your first PCP. No need to look anywhere else for your first steel and walnut traditional rifle. I own all of them and everything else is on a lower level. Best bang for the buck . . ...

PCP Rifle BSA R10 MK2 .177 Huma Regulated with many extras

I have a beautiful R10 with Huma reg in .177 with factory 200cc bottle mounted and an extra 280cc bottle never used. Five magazines and many extra parts. Several seal sets, and extra firing valve assembly and the factory regulator. I rebuilt the regulator and had no idea at what pressure it was...
