That's my exact experience. I was always wanting one or the other. With what I normally target, the thermal is just so handy for detection and then BAM, one button push and into the day/night as main. Love this darn thing.

Doesn't open til mid-september here. I'm jealous! I have a horde of squirrels that have been teasing me the last few weeks.

Alright, now that I've had time to play with the new DNT Optics ThermNight TNC225R, I put together a little video with some footage and thoughts. For the money, to me, this is the ultimate pesting/hunting digital for airguns. I did mention in the video that my AGM has a better thermal image but...

Thanks! From what I know the Ataman kit also required some decent modification to fit the GK1. Definitely not drop on ready. Have some other stuff cooking, so stay tuned 😉

Just a few small revisions for machinability and then this will start getting cut! Please excuse the prototype print quality as I was going for speed, not finished product, so revisions could be made and test fitted. This, along with some other new things will be coming in the near future...

If you're talking GK1 versioning, then generally no. Comes down to the physical block version. My v2 mount is for blocks that have an additional hole near the front of the block (can't count on the GK1 versioning, was more a production decision from Huben to keep up with US demand) I did...
