I have heared that you fill the FX Impact with pressure between 200 and use it untill 100, will it damage it if i keep using it untill the pressure gets really low untill 30 ? i am using .22 calber

why do i have the valve control knob is black drilled rings instead of white lines ? , and this is the normal FX impact not the FX Impact X, i heard they say this newer versions are less powerfull , is that true ? 

why is the lines are black? is this the newer version ? or is this the uk version ? is it stronger ?
