I have been having a devil of a time with my spingers as of late. Mostly through fault all my own. I benched the 124 project and have been working on a Prosport lately. I may have finally found "the one" design wise, now all I need is to find its favorite .22 pellet and go from there. Wife says...

Well.....emailed Utah Airguns today to see what we can do about getting the rifle fixed or traded. I have only had it for about 2 months. Suffice to say the young guy who answered the email was cordial but had to ask his boss what they could do for me and their answer was that I should reach out...

I had noticed the centering roll pin was intruding enough to stop the plastic thread plug air separator from coming out, so I tested both with and without the stuff in the end. No help there..

Okay, its an F'n lemon. I took the scope and mount off, after 3 hours at the bench and put the scope on a Berman R1, by many accounts a harder gun to shoot well, 1 damn hole at 25 yards smaller than a pinky nail. I have possibly not tried EVERY trick in the book, but for over $1000 bucks...

Very interesting suggestions sir... It is the HO full power kit, I did get the tip hat out. The gun has been unsatisfactory since I got it , hoped the spring kit would help. It hasnt. I will looks at the seals. I have never had an issue with a dampa mount, but in the interest of...

Well *(&^ boys, put another 500 through the TX and this wandering zero is making me think I might just like looking at the gun and not shooting it! I am truly confounded. First off I have owned and operated a stick and mortar gun shop for the last 20 years. I was a competitive shooter and have...

1.5 would be completely acceptable, I swear it feels like a Glock NY Trigger now. Shame is i put it in a Maccari high grade custom walnut stock worth as much as the gun. its beautiful to look at, accurate, but unusable practically.

"I'm disinclined to acquiesce to your request" But I am all ears if you have a suggestion on making the trigger more useable. Watched a lot of videos on servicing the triggers on these but have not found sufficient motivation from them to try modding the trigger myself.

I have a 124 with an ARH spring kit in it, the barrel is very accurate, but after shooting the 97K, TX200 HC and my 300, the trigger on the 124 is just soooo terrible I can't hit a thing with it! I have played with the adjustment screw both directions and can get a heavy mushy single stage to a...

Pics too follow, but been doing the BLO rubdown for a week now, got the PG4 Steel Spring Kiy installed and a few pellets through it to hear the difference... Windy and rainy out as we have a storm headed this way. I will try to settle in and do a proper siting in as soon as the sun comes back out.

I am at work right now so no pics of mine, but back when I used to own a gunshop in Arizona, a woman came in and said she had some guns to sell. She had been to my competiton first who were rather unscrupulous and had cherry picked her late husbands collection. By the time she got to my shop it...

Spoke to my old gunsmith today, he suggest straight BLO, on a cottton T rag. Wipe it on liberally, use an acid brush for the fishscales, wait 15 min wipe off with a paper towel. Let sit overnight. Repeat for a week. I applied first cost and it already looks better. By the time my new spring kit...

Thank you guys, the instructions suggest cutting it with mineral spirits. As for the hand squashing method, what do you do about the checkering areas? Do they look same color or are they completely different color when youv'e finished?
