Aesthetics: excluding wood furnitured guns, 1 to 5 how much do they impact your purchasing decisions?

Having already owned two rifles with plastic stocks, I've bought a "second" copy of the same gun, but with a wood stock. My "second" Wildcat III, but this one has the wood stock. Mike P.S. - Sorry...I missed the "excluding" wood furniture...

    Tequila Gun PCP

I had to service one seal in mine. I have serial #9, so I've had it for a while. Simple to get to and replace. No special tools. Other than the one seal (not an o-ring), it's been great. Holds air, shoots well, accurate. I did mention my thoughts about the assembly of this seal in the gun...

    Huma info request

Kral asked for my license a coupla years ago. But I was buying a rifle. All they want it for is verification of...age. As for Ta-Ta's intelligent comment...all you have to do is blank out everything but your age before you make a sendable copy ! No license number, no height, weight, address...

    Kalibrgun Well this sucks

I seriously doubt...the wall thickness of the cylinder is enough to support more than two or three threads. Which...is NOT enough. Again...NOT if it were mine !!! Good luck, and keep your face, and other body parts...far away from the cylinder, during AND after you put air into it. Mike

    Kalibrgun Well this sucks

As far as returning the gun, YES. As a retired Aerospace Mechanical Engineer - As far as NOT pressurizing the cylinder...ABSOLUTELY...I would NOT put much if "any" pressure into that cylinder with that defect...PERIOD. Mike

Is it me? Or does it not work?

JW - Are you talking about the pressure difference between the pump and the gun ? Yes, they can...be correct as shown ! 1 - If you just plugged in the pump, without doing any pumping. 2 - If you pumped a little pressure and released the pressure in the pump. Air is NOT supposed to escape the...

    177 pellets and older fingers

Yeah... My dexterity is still pretty much fine, but my semi-fat fingers have a difficult time with .177 pellets. Doesn't matter whether its a single shot pistol or a magazine for a rifle, it's a pain in the butt. Mike

    Debit/credit card protection?

Mine too. I hit the "buy" button, I get denied. (USA to...wherever) Go to my e-mail, there's an e-mail with..."that's me"...and..."that's not me". I hit the, "that's me" button, go back and hit the "buy" button again, all is good. Takes about two or three minutes to complete. Mike

Tuning Where to buy parts to homemade PCP?

A few seconds in the web turned up this - https://libertytreeguns.com/product/ss-poly-elite-trigger-asmbly I'd imagine that spending some time in the web will turn up more. Another place to look...is robbing the required parts from used guns. Find a used gun or two, may help with finding both...

"Minty" Is that some sort of play on words ? If it means that the subject is in very good condition...I've always understood the word to be..."mint". Not candy like good !? Mike

What is the best rifle to shoot in a garage?

WTF... The distance is all relevant. Just remember, the shorter the distance, the smaller the target or bullseye should be. Pretty simple really. 8 or 10 yards shooting distance, a 1/2" or 3/4" dia. bullseye. Mike

What is the best rifle to shoot in a garage?

ANY...gun that YOU...like. I also shoot a short distance...in the house. I use a foam archery target with paper targets stuck to it. I have both somewhat cheaper rifles and more expensive (well into the four digit bracket), rifles (and pistols). The distance doesn't matter, as long as, YOU...

EDgun All Things Edgun Matador R5M/Lelya 2.0 - Master thread

Had my Lelya 2, (.22) for about 4+ years. Still running strong, no leaks, or other problems. I put a modified, R5M stock with a vinyl wrap on it. I filled in the silly (what's it for ?) middle finger cutout with automotive plastic filler, and rounded all of the hard edges, removed the lower...
