So will you remove it? I have read about in different discussions about it being removed, but I’m not sure if they don’t make a new stem with a better fit.

Yeah….could make them both ways. but it would be rather difficult to figure out which is easier to open.

The clear one was inside the thinner part of the valve, ID oring groove. Effectively sealing around the valve stem, when the valve is open. The middle sized oring seals the outside over the valve. Behind the air exit and the largest goes into the larger OD oring groove sealing the front
