The AA Falcons would be my pick as well. I always look at the vertical spreads when testing pellets because horizontal is more often wind or shooter. The vertical gives you a lot of information if you look for it?

Thomas have you shot the lower cost QYS practice pellets? I remember they shot nearly as accurately from my Crosman Challenger rifle as their highest priced Olympic pellets. Their domes shot pretty well too if my memory is correct?

+1 on the RTI Prophet LR. One of the most accurate factory rifles ever made.

And therein supports the free recoil method of shooting. It’s not impossible to be “on the gun” but to be competitive you have to apply the same amount of pressure and force each and every time you pull the trigger and that is darn near impossible, at least for me.

I shoot my pistols in my shop at 10M. A Diana Bandit and Benjamin P-Rod. Lots of fun and plenty accurate to shoot 1/4” bullseye targets for their entry level cost.

Just realize that ”machine gun” pellet / BB guns are not the answer. Accuracy and patience trumps all. Pellet guns range in power. Sub 10 foot pounds of energy should not chip concrete if you shoot soft lead pellets. You will need to practice on paper targets to figure out your zero distance and...
