Is the fx impact the worst investment and resale values?

Exact opposite in relation to cars, look at percentage of value lost vs purchase price. If given for free I’m taking the M5, if buying with a concern for resale Corolla 10 out of 7 days a week. If buying for enjoyment likely not buying a Corolla.

    N/A 55-60fpe compact .22

This seems to be pretty true when you dig through the chatter and claims by both manufacturers and users. It can be done but you’ve got some specialized gear or it’s almost wide open throttle to get there.

    N/A 55-60fpe compact .22

Good point MrP. I generally prefer traditional rifle style, have a Crown mk2 500mm that is a great size. Wanting to try something more powerful to reach out further. Paper puncher. Multi-shot preferred, no semi. I am curious if people are actually getting around 60fpe out of some of these...

    N/A 55-60fpe compact .22

Looking for suggestions on a lightweight (sub 7lb unscoped), compact (sub 34” w/o moderator) .22 cal pcp that can do 55-60fpe fairly comfortably (not maxed out). Experiences and thoughts?

    FX FX Seeking power again

I have a Crown MkII .22/500 and to be clear am not an expert tuner, I find that between 40-45fpe seems to be the happy spot for my setup. Huma TP, Huma pin probe and 145reg pressure. Not maxed but happy, just FYI. I think the 54fpe rating is with a 700mm barreled Kentucky long gun.

FX Time to decide, either FX Dynamic 22/500 or FX Crown 22/500

One different consideration, Crown has 25 o-rings, panthera and likely dynamic has 39. https://www.captainoring.com/store/c74/FXAirGuns I have a Crown .22/500 and love it, not a powerhouse but more accurate than I am. Sub inch at 75 with 18 and 25 gr JSBs should not be a problem. Also had pretty...

Diana Diana mod. 250 (two fifty) .177 cal. air rifle

Maybe they’ve changed it, I promise the tune-in-a-tube I applied to the exposed spring coils through the cocking slot was not the body of a gas ram.

Ridiculous Classified Ads... "Get a Clue!!"

What gets me is when a well known member has an item that is overpriced and been on there for like a year and somehow always only shows (1) repost. Walnut FX Crown if you’re curious.

    One way Valve

You can keep the filters and gun pressurized when you bleed off moisture from compressor so all you have to “recharge” is the length of line between compressor and check valve. At least that’s how I use mine.

FX 500mm Crown MKII barrel kit

That’s what I have, I usually use a DFL Tanto but have experimented around enough without it also. What are you looking to find out? Is there a specific ammo or power output you’re looking at? I’ve got it at about 40fpe now playing around at some longer distances. At that power level it’s got a...

FX FX Crown mkII - "must do things"

Shoot it? In all seriousness at least in my experience with my .22 Crown MKii with 500mm barrel, I get to 40fpe at around 140 reg with a “med” hammer strike. Even if you have a 380mm barrel with .177 I don’t think you’re gonna run outta lung for MOST projectiles with parts as provided. You’ve...
