The MDT stock is a lot more adjustable and rock solid. The adjustments and lack of wobble comes with a weight penalty - but that is of no concern for me personally. I like the folding adapter too!

Personally I find the similarities between these two guns striking, far beyond the old “all black tacticool rifles looks the same” saying. Will I buy one? Probably yes, unless Tom suddenly offers a .177 Evol. Will it be more ‘epic’ than my Evol Mini? Probably not. 😊

I used to own a Beaumont Grizzly, although in .177 calibre. Beast of a gun, incredible accurate and powerful. But it’s lacking regulator and shot count is very limited, really meant to be shot tethered.

The stock is 325mm long with the adapter and LOP inserts. You can get make it 25mm shorter by removing the inserts. The adapter by itself adds 43mm length. It’s a MDT 2-way locking adapter, fixed to carbine interface. Absolutely rock solid with zero play.
