No problem. Because it’s Weihrauch, its engineered well… … if you look at the muzzle of the moderator, you will see that it’s actually made to fit a 7mm allen key, you can use that to take off the front cap, clean, replace felt, add felt or cork, etc.. Enjoy.

Airgunspares is a great source for Weihrauch moderators. They ship to the USA at reasonable cost. I own Weihrauch and DonnyFL - there is no comparison - Weihrauch is much quieter, especially for the size. You don’t pay their VAT - so absolutely great price compared to dealers here...

Airgunspares will ship to the US. Takes a bit of time as the shipment is not express, but they've always come through for me. AOA also sells them, but it seems that Weihrauch mods aren't easily obtainable in the US. Can't comment on its effectiveness on a HW97.
