It might be the print of the washer's edge. It's more like a Belleville washer. The cupped side facing the valve surface.

I had it on 350 at first. The issue started at around 300 bar. But it's rated to operate at that pressure. Also I never shot it at full power. Which version do you have? Because my V3 doesn't have a brass part in it. The pressure is adjusted by the grub screw of the trigger unit which pushes on...

The springs are good. Maybe a rookie mistake. Here's my thought of why this happened. When you remove the trigger guard make sure that you only put it back on when the system is depressurized or screw the adjustment screw all the way out to prevent any force on the on the closing valve. Perhaps...

I've checked it and everything looks ok. After reassemble it was still the same. But there are no malfunctions or safety issues. It's been fired a lot. I must correct myself of how I described the play of the magazine. When it's locked it's not moving in CW direction only a little bit CCW.
