I fell in love with the bullpup styles but have to say the DRS classic in 600mm does check all the boxes for me and since its a straight barrel with no dampening integrated it looks 100% legal here in NJ. Looks like a squirrel killin machine.

Considering the 2 small ports on the inside of an FX barrel i doubt they would even know what they are looking at. Im getting my toy when i got the funds and playing on my property

Like a harmonics thing. The steel tube goes feom the brass gas port to the barrel end. How can that dampen decibels?

Oooooo i agree but thats why i want to know exactly what a shrouded barrel is. To me by the breakdown its a floating barrel. Now if you add a moderator on it yes "suppressor" is illegal. Shrouded is a basically a floating barrel?

Ok so went down the rabbit hole last night on shrouded guns. Specifically the LX line. Watching a breakdown of a barrel with no moderator its a liner/barrel tube floating inside some spacers. No air chambers, no noise reduction i can see since its a straight tube to the end. Is this correct?
