I am not sure how accurate the gauges are since the regulator gauge says 140 but velocity drops under 150 bar on reservoir gauge. I still get approximately 70 shots before velocity drops.

Mine came at 140 bar on the regulator and shoots the 10.3's at 905 fps. I haven't measured the shot count but it is around 70. I played around with the hammer throw adjustment and if I reduced velocity the fps spread got bigger and didn't tighten until around 900 fps.

I helped a club member a few weeks ago decrease his .22 Wolverine R velocity by adjusting the hammer stroke and I think it was the same way that my Revere is done. The stock had to be removed but the trigger did not have to be removed. There was no pin blocking the rear access.

I have always turned off my GX E-L2 under pressure and then opened the bleed valve to release pressure. On another thread someone mentioned that they opened the bleed valve before shutting down the compressor. Does it matter? I always start it with the bleed valve open.

I have had the EL-2 (single battery) for six months and have had no issues at all. It fills my Revere in about 2 minutes.

My Revere came from the factory at 140 bar and my Marauder FT at 142. Both are .177.

That's interesting. The original 13.4's spiral in my Revere, most notably at 50 yards but probably closer as well. I estimate 1 in 5 fliers, more when there is a cross wind. I have only shot one tin of the redesigns, but I can't recall any spiraling with those. I may try increasing velocity...

The manual that came with mine mentioned that the fans would run for 2 minutes after the compressor was shut off. I emailed tech support because my fans shut off when the compressor is turned off and they responded that the factory must have updated the features to no longer let the fans run...

I assume to just lube the lower large piston chamber and not the smaller high pressure area?

Don't know which direction the first stage rings are; they were already on the piston when I got it. I took a look at the old piston and the bottom ring is different from the upper two--it is split and almost looks like two rings. I don't recall if the new piston was similar.

Could be the motor, but it didn't trip the breaker with the old piston.

I took the plastic shims from the old piston; instead of one on either side of the piston they were both on the motor side and that is how I placed them on the new piston.
