enclosing the o rings you require for the Classic overhaul.(pdf file)...if its the same PCP..mine is a 177 FAC..however youll require a special tool to remove the innermost valve (see the attached photo which shows the innermost valve and this tool) which i had to assemble etc myself...

.177 slugs do the needful...drop them spot on...say 12 grains and above

Hills have a Z4128-401 Air Compressor Repair Kit on their website for the Mk 4 pump---...but they never mention o ring sizes.The rebuild set can be ordered.otherwise you may download and use the OLYPSYS android o ring app which can give you approx o ring sizes ...im using their Hills mk 3 pump...

Im using a Hills Mk 3 pump for my 2011 model Huntsman Classic FAC...the pump is good enough to fill its small air reservoir.of course it requires pumping effort.

where can a WIKA 250 bar gauge be sourced for my huntsman classic from?The current gauge as shown is about 23 mm dia with 1/8 BSPP threads.which will be more acccurate replacement pressure gauge..a HUMA Air gauge or a BestFittings gauge or a robert lane gauge ... all being offered in 23 mm dia..

you mean dash sizes 5,6 or 7?.a new o ring with me measure OD 5.85,CS 1.69 and ID 2.34 mm using a electronic vernier which frankly doesnt fit the dash sizes mentioned?
