Hatsan tearing down your gun for the first time

Good on ya brother! 1st airgun I ever tore into was my AT44. Each time disassembling & reassembling got progressively easier & boosted my confidence level. Really glad you persevered & were successful. You learned stuff you're probably not even aware of yet. It'll be applicable to other guns...

    Opinions and Observations

Glad you included & highly praised the Royale. Aside from being one of the best pellet guns ever, if you buy one USED it's not very likely that previous owners have futzed with the internals. When buying a more complicated & adjustable gun (like the Impact) you can probably bet that it's been...

    Opinions and Observations

Maybe a little off topic BUT Mikelo123 has a beautiful Royale 500 with laminate stock for sale ($950 obo). If you could get it for 900 you'd have an upper tier gun in your budget range. These REALLY are fantastically accurate & smooth guns! Couldn't ask for more!

N/A Airgun Newb (Sort Of). Lots of Questions-Part2

Imho, full auto for pellet guns is a gimmick. You'd probably find more posts here with complaints & problems with semi & full auto vs posts extolling their virtues.

Need to get a hold of member @Jking. I need a one way valve for my small compressor. I can be reached @ [email protected] thanks guys.

If you could show pictures of WHERE check valve is needed (or describe specifically) you might get the info from others as well.

Taipan Taipan Veteran 2 anti double feed ADF question

You could always pull cocking lever back, remove magazine, then push lever forward. My guns can be decocked by doing that then holding cocking lever back while depressing & holding trigger & slowly pushing lever forward. Be aware that you might have a pellet in barrel. I've never had an ADF gun...

    I don't even go here!

PICTURES of tanks are essential to get best advice. In your operational steps you forgot CLOSE TANK VALVE before "open high side bleed valve". You might want to have a one way check valve on your tank fill adapter to keep any air in tank from escaping. That way you COULD open bleed valve when...

Way to close buddy, i have a problem....

Sharp shinned Hawks are generally SMALLER than Coopers (not much bigger than a blue Jay or mourning dove). They have a squared off tail compared to a Cooper's more rounded off tail. On the fly they're pretty hard to tell apart but the tail will tell the tale  . We've had BOTH nest in...

Other New to PCP rifles need help :)

Saw an FX Royale 500 (.25) on classifieds yesterday. Can't ask for a simpler, trouble free, low maintenance & ACCURATE pellet rifle. Most new guys don't even know they exist. FANTASTIC guns! You'll NEVER hear owners complain about them not being accurate or too complicated.

    Kalibrgun Repair Sources or DIY?

Derrick (zx10wall) is a great guy to ask about your gun. If you'd be more specific about the problem you'll get better answers. "It leaks when I try to fill it" doesn't reveal a whole lot.

Daisy I was gifted 2 air pistols, a Beeman 800 and a Daisy 717. I need some help please.

Can't help with your problem but just wanted to say Welcome aboard. Tell us about you. You'll probably get some answers here shortly. Good luck.

    Let’s see them work benches

Nice Mike! I kinda figured you for a workplace like that. I'm still trying to convince the wife that it's perfectly NORMAL for a guy to bolt a Vise & bench grinder to the top of a clothes dryer!:p

Way to close buddy, i have a problem....

Sorry, took a quick glance at your bio & thought it said So Cal. Guess the wife is right when she tells me I SCAN vs READ!

Way to close buddy, i have a problem....

That's beautiful! You're own enchanted forest, bridge & waterways. Where are you in So.Cal., generally speaking? Our own (sort of, we rent) backyard in Oceanside has brought us some great & unexpected wildlife moments watching raptors nest & fledge in trees behind our property. It's small, sweet...

    Benjamin This is addicting.

    Why YES, it is!

    Let’s see them work benches

Yes, you're letting gravity do its thing by keeping more moisture at bottom of filter housing & not along the side.(y)

    Let’s see them work benches

It would be more efficient to mount your filter VERTICALLY rather than horizontally.

    N/A I think I've decided on a Scout Epoch....

There's a Royale 500 (.25) w/laminate stock on classifieds. Very different from the guns you are looking at but one of the finest straight out of the box pellet shooters ever made. We Owners know what a superb platform this is and are reluctant to let them go. Check it out (at least). Mine is...

Umarex New User with New Hammer

Not familiar with the Hammer but I would strongly suggest NOT using JB Weld for the shroud problem! I'm sure there are other more correct & appropriate ways to fix that. Reach out here on the forum for help.

    N/A I think I've decided on a Scout Epoch....

Have you looked guns KNOWN for accuracy, robustness, low to no problems like Taipans or Kalibrgun? I understand how overwhelming the choices can be & I wish you luck. I always hope for "1st timers" to have the most rewarding, least frustrating 1st experience. Imho, TRACK RECORD of a gun's owner...
