Diana Diana N-Tec; Anyone still using one?

all righty then;I have a BSA GRT,it is without doubt the best looking and fitting air rifle I have. It is harder to cock,no doubt, harder than any springer I have;that said it is not so hard as to be a nuisance. Now if it could only shot with some accuracy:rolleyes:

N/A One piece mount vs traditional two rings

The goal is no scope movement, plus the best eye placement and to be comfortable.I have a long neck, higher mounts work better, but then an adjustable butt plate may be needed for the comfortable offhand hold. Sometimes I must compromise;Sometimes the rifle just will not be comfortable. There is a...

    Vector Veyron vs Vector Hugo

I do not understand why you have problems getting information. I just Googled the manufacturer. On their site, they tell you the specs. Hugo is a lower-line model. Also, many people have complained about the Monstrum scopes enough that I would never take a chance on one. My Veyron scope is...

    PCP then springer?

Truth is springers are harder to shoot and many do not what to spend the time or effort needed,or they never aquired a quality springer. Springer can be just as accurate within its' range,it just takes more talent to do it. I like all air guns,I would not put down any of them.

Hatsan tearing down your gun for the first time

Fishing reels and air guns sometimes share the same boat. I do not remember how many times I told myself to take pictures when taking something apart, only to forget to,then trying to find a parts diagram . Springs are my achilles heel. Right now I am in the same boat as you,my springer will not...

    257 vs 25

The .257 is a famous long-range caliber. I loved it 55 years ago. Many bullets are made for this caliber. I believe it is better than any .30 for long-range shooting. Please read up on it, educate yourself, and take your time. Also, yes, check out the barrels made for it. The twist rates you find...

    100 yards and beyond…?

I have only 30 yards to shoot in my backyard';30yds.,so any pellet pistol or rifle I have can do that with accrauccy,so then my better ones can do pellet on pellet,be it a pistol or rifle ,a PCP or CO2 or a springer. Then the challenge is to get the tightest group possible, not my guns as they all...

    Tuning Thrust bearing

As spring gun tuner,do you tune each springer differenty.meaning if you have tuned a lot of say R-9s, do you just do R-9 s the same way,or do you tune each springer as if were one of a kind? Like when I install a JM tune kit,a certain kit can fit all models of a specified tune kit. I guess...

    Tuning Thrust bearing

Ah,Now I can picture how that comes about;it would seem that you would want the spring to rotate the same way every time.I am going to install a JM tune kit in my English Longbow today,I am just going to polished and put a slight bevel on the end of the new spring . Intersting conversations,I...

FWB Stuck elevation knob FWB 65

Other Just how much must I pay for "Accuracy" in a PCP gun?

Why still talk about powder burners,ok ,it is a different game with air guns.Yes the RAW is the way to go.,for less the Crossman Challenger is the way to go. Truth there are plenty of accurate air guns. You are the one that must make up your mind....I think the fit is important. Many people...
