I put a piece of plastic tube for looks on my PP750 and shot some AEA 8gr pellets. I have some black vinyl wrap for the tube I’ll put on it at some point. I did a light tune. It’s 2000psi shooting the 8gr at 750fps.

When they are on my shed they are trying to lure in a mate, so they are popping up and down. As much as I like head shots, I like them dead more. So I go for body shots

I used the rifle I painted tan as an experiment platform for camo with a fabric laundry bag. It’s tan base and brown with the pattern. All krylon camo paints. That Hawke scope is now completely back to original black. The spray paint is easy to remove.

Stoeger Bullshark slinging AEA 13 gr pellets at 920 fps. It’s still tuned for 10gr KO slugs, but shoots well enough for backyard pest duty.

Nice. About a decade ago I build a 10/22 for CMP Sporter. I put a Green Mountain stainless barrel on it. I didn’t like the stainless look. I used the same paint as you, the whole thing except the receiver was tan, that was a Brownells I kept black. It was a good looking rifle. Besides that...

All depends what the application is. But I’m sure I could find something good for 1k cheaper and spend the rest on pellets.

This is the 2nd post I’ve seen that say they contain tin, but I can’t find anything to confirm that. I know the amount of antimony added to lead has been used in other manufacturers to harden the lead. And I know tin and lead are combined for solder. Just wondering where you got that information.

I ordered about their whole line in 22 cal. The Atomic I had shot them about the same as Crosmans. Nothing like JSB’s. They are some dirty pellets the way they come, and the release agent they use is one of the hardest I’ve come across during the washing process.
