If you did try a bunch of pellets then that's not looking good for the barrel. The rings aren't helpful. Maybe you can get a new Sub MOA as a replacement whenever those come out

Great trigger, CZ barrels, nice and compact, excellent regulators and lightweight. Cocking is forward for quick shots and balances extremely well for off hand shots and has a pic rail for adding an adapter for tripod if you'd like. I'm a big Taipan fan but the Vixen as a barn gun just works...

I was one who had issues tuning my Taipans down low. However I think what you'd like is a Vixen. At least I really love mine in .177. I have a Taipan Vet Long .22 set at 33fpe, Taipan Mutant Short .22 set at 20fpe and AGT Vixen .177 at 13fpe. It's such a great gun and is my barn gun.

My barrel was very much shiny but didn't lead up much. As for the AEA pellets I would try others also. Unfortunately besides my JTS 18gr pellets all other JTS and AEA pellets I've tried produce good results but with flyers. Could be ammo as well.

Have you pushed a pellet through the barrel to see how the rings feel? What pellets are you shooting? Also 10fps spread over 30 shots is very good also. No need to get any lower than that.

Depending on how many grub screws there are I'd assume so. The old Disco ones were single grub screw. I'd bet if you could get at least 3 grub screws on it that it'd be just fine. But asking TKO would be best.

Looks good! As far as speed rising after coming off the reg it means your hammer spring tension is likely a hair lower than should be at that reg setting but if it's shooting great I wouldn't stress about it.

These are my 2 favorite reticles the APRS6 MIL reticle and AHMR2 MIL reticle. Both from Athlon. Shooting pests long range in wind I really like the holdoffs for wind. Closer range guns where windage holdover isnt used much I'm quite happy with this one on my Discovery 2-12x24s.

Well it's done. Got the Pugio on there and looks and performs great. Zero POI shift which is really nice. Matches the airtube finish also.
