Have you tried filling to 250 bar if it's newer raw id fill to 3500 psi would gain you few more as long as the bottle pressure is 250 working bar pressure

My friend loves his dynamic 30 25 king and his 22 panthera there was nothing touched on the valves just new front orings and id have to say I've had good luck with the newer amp regs panathera era amp regs

The king uses same valve as drs / panthera /dynamic it's a balance valve and part of it can be oring stiction id add a tad more hammer spring tension to try to tune the bad spot out
