Gamo Better than expected tune up

I'd be interested in how you did this, I don't know if mine is similar but it's recoil I can only tolerate a dozen shots.. I have a Gamo varmint garden shotgun in 22 caliber.. bought it for rattlers around the house and it's worked well, sit in the closet with a box of shells and no snakes 😀👍 I...

    Huben Huben GK1 Canadian Version.

great explanation.. so is there any caliber limit, or are you just sub 500 fps to be airgun? like I totally don't understand why you would even bother with a 300 fps 25 caliber.. but I was just assuming that it was also a ft lbs energy limit too, otherwise why didn't they just go sub 500 fps...

    Huben Huben GK1 Canadian Version.

just saying that I thought Wes had two categories of airguns.. with and without a license.. depending on power level.. and I guess I'd hope you could get a GK1 if you wanted to that would comply with the rules and not need license. Mark

    Huben Huben GK1 Canadian Version.

ok I understand what you are saying, just wondering though if you can get a sub 500 fps GK1 in 22 or 177 so it's not necessary to get the firearm license.. at least that was my understanding because Wes has some listed as needing a license and others are exempt.. as I remember sub 500 fps in...

    Huben Huben GK1 Canadian Version.

I guess I don't understand why you would even bother with a 25 caliber in Canada.. since they are limited to certain power requirements if think 22 caliber is better and 177 would likely be best for the power level requirements. I remember reading another thread that they put in a air...

Classic or Tactical? Which do you prefer and why?

what looks like a magazine if it was a firearm.. the part that protrudes out of the underneath of the action is the air pelenium.. it's available in 3 sizes..a pretty much flush one a medium and a pretty long one.. from what I have read the long one works best for higher power and shooting slugs...

    1.5 more down

I've looked through the pictures several times and I have yet to see Pete, the retriever.. good shooting though, yes I have shot lots of them.. I've had them crawl off leaving a trail with even 22lr at close range.. and worse yet they were completely safe with me and a 410.. .. it's odd how...

    CF Tank what and where?

looks similar to the one I got from Airgun archery fun in Canada.. I've given up on having a tank.. so it's just sitting here still on my tank that has a leaking gauge.. I'm just going to use my compressor to fill my guns for now, I can't afford a new tank.. so if anyone needs a fill station...

    CF Tank what and where?

if it's not DOT it's not going to pass the look at the label test here.. and shops don't care how much you bore scope inspect it.. they only care about what the label says and if it has a current test or certification.. a private person looking at it doesn't matter at all.. other than if you are...

    CF Tank what and where?

scba tank and scuba tank are different.. scba tank is a higher fill pressure 4500 vs the scuba tank at 3000 as I remember.. so you will find a lot of cheap scba tank on eBay.. they are used fireman breathing air tanks.. but from what I have seen most of them are carbon fiber, so they are light...

    CF Tank what and where?

if you do get a scba tank, I have a fill station for one.. I got it from Airgun archery fun in Canada.. Wes is very good.. but I gave up on my scba tank and I'm not getting another one unless it's in date and certified so it can be filed and transported anywhere.. to get a new tank is out of my...

Classic or Tactical? Which do you prefer and why?

I like the traditional style, I also like both wood and synthetic stocks, I don't particularly care for the tactical version.. the one thing that would make me a lot more interested in getting one is if it was available as a traditional rifle..real traditional as in good old fashioned open...

    Barrel Karma Red Panda Bench

most likely all you said combined.. also looking at the end face of the barrel, not that it matters a lot but it looks rough and poruis.. like a snow peak barrel I recrowned.. I mean if you are going to do a job, might as well have a mirror finish. Mark
