What kind of solvent should be used to clean a air rifle?

Hmm...interesting, internet search is indicating Frog Lube is coconut oil with some additives. I tossed an old jar of C-Oil out a last year. Maybe I should have been thinking repurposing rather than disposal. :) That bore tech eliminator is advanced formulation for stubborn barrel fouling...

    Diana Diana 250 accuracy issues

Airguns can be quite pellet picky but it's a lightweight, overpowered, economy airgun. I like to push a few different pellets through the barrel with a cleaning rod to get an idea of what I'm dealing with...loose bore, rough, good choke, etc...

What kind of solvent should be used to clean a air rifle?

I tried Ballistol once, theres something in it that is an irritant for me...instant coughing and headache. Interesting you mention Kroil and rust prevention..I remember reading multiple corrosion tests performed by hobbyists and WD40 never topped the list but it did pretty well and in all of...

What kind of solvent should be used to clean a air rifle?

I've had excellent results for many years cleaning my airgun barrels with WD-40. Ranging Wheel - fixed or magnetic hub

I've used both types, a removeable direct mount that has a slot/pin -dicator for re mounting precisely is usually the most stable longterm. Large fixed mounted side wheels are more problematic during storage and not many range bags accommodate a six inch round side wheel...so that's where those...

PCP Rifle Air Force condor w/.20cal & .25cal LW-barrels plus BNIB Altaros Regulator $295.00

This is a Gen 1 with some Talon Tune upgrades and moderator. Comes with .25cal and .20cal LW barrels, both are accurate. One tank w/ Hi-flo valve and one tank with low-flo valve and a BNIB Altaros regulator. Some typical signs of use. Last time I was shooting in .25cal was pushing 25gr at 1050...
