I think there's been a misunderstanding. I'm looking to put something like an arca or mlok rail on the underside of my gun. There's a small pic rail there already, which I would mount it to.
I'm looking for a rail to mount on the bottom picatinny under my Blackwolf so I can put a bipod up front. My problem is that I can't think of any search terms that will bring up what I'm looking for. Can you please help me with the name of the thing that I need?
Hello twin! The BRK moderator really quiets mine down to backyard levels. Thank you for the report on the Sumo, that will save me some future money. What pellets are you going to try first?
Dial is already at MIN and the regulator is set at 145 bar or so. I know I have a lot of testing and tuning to do, I just don't have a chronometer yet.
I really think it's me, since AoA got great results with the same pellet. I don't have a chrono yet so I can't check the tune. I'm just shooting what they sent it to me with.
The test sheet from AoA gave it a standard deviation of 1.0! So it's very likely to be me that's the issue. Trigger isn't adjusted as light as the Red Wolf I demoed in the store, but it's light enough. Not a hair trigger, just enough resistance to be safe, IMO. I don't have a tool to give you...
Shooting on bags on top of a permanent concrete bench. That's a pretty big difference at 50y, I'm guessing. Maybe I changed something with the rifle positioning on the bags after taking off the moderator? I need to get a bipod...
Okay. 5 shots, 50y, moderator on 11 shots, 50y, moderator on, after wind adjustment attempt 11 shots, 50y, moderator off Ammo was JSB Exact Monster .22 Redesigned SHALLOW Skirt, as recommended by AoA after testing.
So... I just finished putting about 200 rounds through the Blackwolf, sighting in the scope and having fun in general. I don't have experience with other PCP rifles, but I feel like I got my money's worth. I'm very satisfied with all of my purchase decisions: .22 caliber Laminate stock Bottle...
I think they can both deliver a pellet or slug consistently on target, same as many other airguns today. I would expect the differences to be slight, and highly subjective. I think bullpup vs long gun would be the biggest differentiator.
