Great vans when running. The egr valves break every 20k or so and are perpetualy out of stock. It's a terminal issue known to the trades. Get a Ford Sprinter and save the headache.

When my truck bed is done rotting off, a camper type enclosure will replace it. At the very least it will be a flat bed that can be camped on.

Air Arms TX200 splits breach seals

I use a small(maybe5 or 6mm) socket to press the orings in with even pressure. I may be wrong on the size, but the technique is sound.

Air Arms TX200 splits breach seals

Two solutions. One, is to remove a bit of material from the transfer port side of the barrel. The other, and better solution is to shim the barrel nut out ti meet the compression tube as the seals make contact with the transfer port. you'll also want to tighten up the cocking shoe slot by either...

Little things can make a big difference

I did make the stock. It's for FT using a tx200. The scope is a Sightron SVIII. It's 5-40x56, 40mm erector tube. At 40x it will focus to 9yds. At 5x it will focus down to 6 feet. FFP

    Reading the wind

I like 4lb braided trout line. You'll never break it. It's light enough that alone it windicates from 0-2mph. With a tag or feather or dodad of your choice it's great.

    Shooting Sticks

I use short sticks. I used to have a tall pair for elevated shots, but rearranged how i use the short ones, and don't need them anymore. You should also take note that I sit on a turkey hunting seat with an inch taken off the legs. I might as well be in the ground, which makes using one set of...

    The ol' shooting jacket question.

I ditched my jacket a couple seasons ago. I got to the point that it was allowing for bad form and when I had to shoot without it, my positionals were trash. While it took a few months to adjust, and with proper technique acquired my scores/avg's for positionals returned. I even ditched the...
