Same. I lucked out and got a fantastic deal on a m357 from Rich. I almost bought this gun a couple weeks ago but I had just pulled the trigger lol on a aea m457. The m257 was on Amazon for something like $729 after taxes. They only had 2 available. Looking forward to following your threads.

Dirt cheap kind of give. And I agree it's probably best to get the general PCP mechanics down before modifying anything. Also figuring out what you want the gun to do is very helpful. For instance big game hunter, mid game hunter, small game hunter, target rifle, plinker. I've found the airguns...

First one is a 357 bottle armada that I was pretty much given by a member on GTA and the second is a 22 armada.

My gun has an aftermarket barrel. I put some h&n 30 gr slugs in the mag this morning they seemed to fit and cycle ok. Those pellets are too big. I just tried those this morning too. I always had good luck with jsb's anywhere from 18.13 gr to 25.39 gr in the stock barrels.
