It’s equally valid to question whether 22 is the most difficult caliber to find the best slug since all of those diameters exist for a reason.

I personally don’t know what those features are. These fliers you described be could just as easily come from inconsistencies in the pellets or loose bits of lead working their way down the bore.

I now shoot rifles ambidextrously and favor left because it’s my better eye. Writing, hockey, sports, etc I’m righty. Except frisbee, which I’m ambi but favor left.

If it’s the precharged version then Anschutz stopped providing the part years ago and the polymer valve seat has probably crumbled. I have a modified version of the 2002 CA and Allen Zasadny retrofitted a valve from a Steyr. I do not know if he will do that for any 2002CA.
