    HW/Weihrauch HW44 love

Weihrauch is just taking precautions to avoid getting a lot of lawyers on their backs. Yes, that's how you do it: Close the dive tank valve when the pressure in the tank on the pistol reaches 200 bar. 👍

    Moderator Adapter for Steyr’s LP50

Never mind my post #48. I saw a little more into this today, and it turns out Steyr did some changes to both the barrel, the shroud and the compensator/diffusor for the update to LP50. The result is that the 1/2"-27 moderator adaptor will not rest against the muzzle, by far. About 13-14 mm...

    Steyr Steyr LP50

I checked now, I paid €33.0 for shipping from India to Norway. The shipping was fast though, the adapter arrived in 3 or 4 days.

    Steyr Steyr LP50

The shipping from Trajectron was even higher, if I remember correctly. Probably flown across the sea by carrier pigeons.... 🤔

    FWB FWB P85 Multi Shot

It is a very nice pistol. :)👍 I must admit I'm also surprised Karle doesn't list it. Probably just a question of time. I will emphasize one thing, if you plan to use the pistol for anything else than ISSF shooting (read: mount any accessory on it) I would without a doubt get a Steyr LP50. I...

    Moderator Adapter for Steyr’s LP50

The LP5 shroud also has slots on the underside, but the gap between the barrel and the shroud is rather tight, and the sound has to go past some edges before it gets out into the open air. That slows down the speed of the air and dampens the sound. Not 100% optimal of course, but much better...

    Moderator Adapter for Steyr’s LP50

See post #53. This is probably still possible to do, but unfortunately not as convenient as I first thought. Sorry about that. The shroud for the LP5 do not have these holes on the top, as the LP5 did not have the 3 compensator holes at the top of the barrel that the LP50 has (one...

    FWB FWB P85 Multi Shot

I have shot around 2k of pellets through mine now, mostly with the 5-shot magazines, and no problems so far. It has been just as reliable as my Steyr LP5 and LP50. My P85 jams when the pressure in the air cylinder goes down a bit below the regulator pressure, but that is to be expected. I...

    FWB FWB P85 Multi Shot

I've had the FWB P85 for several weeks now, and made some direct comparisons with the Steyr LP50. The trigger on the P85 is slightly better than the LP50 trigger and has more options for adjustment. On the other hand, it is possible to remove the trigger unit on the LP50, and if you have several...

Huben All Things HUBEN GK1 (air pistol) - Master Thread

I got an answer now. -> "The GK1 V1, V2 and V3 were all made/designed/produced at the same time and the only differences between the V1 & V3 are that the V3's loading lever is the opposite way round (better for left handed shooters) and the internals are made of lesser quality materials."...

Huben All Things HUBEN GK1 (air pistol) - Master Thread

Ok. That's interesting information. Perhaps not very reassuring though. But it's good that they're changing the version designation, so it's possible to navigate around the changes. Will do. :)

Huben All Things HUBEN GK1 (air pistol) - Master Thread

As luchtbuks.com was the ones who brought this to the table, I have dropped them an e-mail asking for what improvements the "+" implies.

Huben All Things HUBEN GK1 (air pistol) - Master Thread

What sparked my curiosity was this picture posted below. It is clearly marked V3+. And then I started looking around for information about what describes the different versions, without finding anything in particular. That's why I asked if anyone could tell me what the different versions entail.

I have no idea, that's why I asked what the different versions entail, in post #98.

    No, it's an internally improved GK1 https://luchtbuks.com/en/new-version-huben-gk1-v3

I see Huben have released a GK1 V3+ now. What exactly are the actual differences between the V1, V2, V3 and the V3+ ?

    FWB FWB P85 Multi Shot

Thanks for good ideas. I already have a Weaver rail coming in the mail, and an idea for the design. ;)

    FWB FWB P85 Multi Shot

That's one way to go. From the center line of the block to the lever there is a little over 10.5mm available. I'm working on a solution with a Weaver rail that is narrow in the area where the lever is, and extends a distance forward over the barrel. I have a hope that this will work out and look...
