I'm looking at some of those other Tuxing compressors like you have. Honestly it's hard to tell the difference between most of the models. The model #'s are quite confusing. I'll have to see if I can find an accurate model comparison chart. I'd like to get something that will fill my 6.8l...
I fill to 4500. I have the same valve on a 6.8L tank that had the same 6k burst disc, it blew in the middle of the night, in my bedroom while I was sleeping....never want to experience that again.
Bought another CF tank and wanting to replace the 6k burst disc on valve to a 7.5k. The 6k burst disc appeared to have a plastic seal on the bottom but my 7.5k discs that I bought do not have seals. Do I need to have seals for this type? If so which ones do I need? This is the style that I...
I was a little surprised to see this compressor on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CYZWQDDH?smid=A39CP3T8JONR46&psc=1 . I've been wanting to get a bigger compressor (currently have the GX4 and a couple of smaller portable ones) but definitely can't justify the price of a Bauer or...
I love my Sniper XR, but always thought that the cheek riser was useless as it is too short. I don't think that the engineers thought this one out, or didn't try it out first lol.
Makes sense, as they say made in Spain on the bottom. Thanks for confirming the weight. I was guesstimating around 16gr. They do look like a good pest pellet.
Last question (at the moment lol), did you just use the existing bottle adapter off of the stock tank or did you have to buy a different one? I found this tank on amazon, but not sure if I need to purchase a different bottle adapter...
Interesting. Thanks for the pic. Do you feel that it is a worthy upgrade for the price? Seems to be about the same volume as stock tank, just lighter and higher pressure? What pressure do you fill yours to now?
Just picked up a couple of tins of these Daisy .22 500ct pellets from Tractor Supply for $7.99. I've never seen these before, but they look quite nice. There's no information that I can find that shows the actual weight of the pellet. They seem to be bigger and heavier than the Crossman...
I have to agree, a SFP scope would probably be better for a beginner especially on a Notos, and shooting short range. He likely won't even be able to see the crosshairs on a FFP scope when looking in a tree for a squirrel shot.
If you think you need to have thermal then this is currently the cheapest all-around option out there. If you don't need thermal then I would suggest a Zulu's as it has better daytime picture.
