What pistol did you shoot today

Beautiful, what's the source on those grips?

What springer did you shoot today?

That's how I got my FWB 300s rifle back in the mid 80's.

What springer did you shoot today?

No argument about that. I have always been more of a rifleman, and with a pistol miss the ten ring more often than not.

What springer did you shoot today?

I think my IZH cost a little more than 1/4 the price of that Morini and I don't think the Morini would make me shoot nearly $1500 better.

Never seen a Morini, but glad to see someone shares my opinion of the Izzy.

What springer did you shoot today?

Earlier this year I picked up a FWB 602 Meistergrade. That is one with a walnut vs laminated stock. I bought from a member here located in Hawaii. It had numerous dents in the forearm, so ended up paying about $450 shipped from Hawaii to Texas, then sent it right off to David Slade for new...

What springer did you shoot today?

I have a FWB 65, and a 80, both fantastic pistols, but the IZH is a better 10m gun, better sights and much better trigger plus easier to cock. I am not crazy about things Russian, but this is one area where they excelled in a moderately priced target pistol.

What springer did you shoot today?

I agree, the HW75 is much better to shoot than the 45. I like the way it fits my hand, but the ergonomics of cocking to me are still tiring. The IZH looks weird but is much easier to cock and the trigger is much better. Mine has the optional trigger that can be adjusted up/down on the trigger...

    Moving to Georgia

I don't know, my wife is from Ga. Met her while I was stationed in the USAF there, Robins AFB. We went to Turkey in the fall of 75, and few months later my mother in law sent pictures of a blizzard that hit Macon, over two feet of snow. Saw pictures from newspaper of semi trucks out on the...

What springer did you shoot today?

Firing is smooth, no recoil at all, but I find cocking not the easiest. I like my IZH 46m for a ssp type extremely easy to cock, trigger blows the HW out of the water, it is so good.

What springer did you shoot today?

Nice grain on that 30. I have been working on the stock on mine for the last few weeks since I got it. It's walnut, but came in looking like no finish and colors were med gray to almost black. I started with some walnut oil and it immediately soaked all I put on in a matter of minutes. I...

    Other The IZH46M Achilles Heel

I think I would get a good piece of steel the correct thickness, then mark and drill holes in proper locations, then start cutting and grinding to the correct configuration/shape.

    UPS

Bought a FWB 602 from a member here a few months back. His first estimate from Hawaii to E Texas was eighty something dollars, then contacted a friend with a pirate ship account and it shipped for about half that. When I ship I take it to a local Going Postal store and they look up most...

FWB The 10 meter SSP pistol still exists

I may have to break down and get one of those Hill pumps along with a good pcp pistol. Currently I have a HW75 which I find rather difficult to cock and charge a couple of IZH 46m which are a dream to shoot and several Daisy 747 and777 models.

HW/Weihrauch Is This the HW30s’ Biggest Weakness?

I have aperature sights on all of my guns lacking scopes and that is most of them, break barrels and under levers. Break barrels include 4 FWB guns and several HW guns an honestly exhibit no inaccuracy or variations in impact points. I have had a Williams/Beeman receiver sight on one of my FWB...
