I love mine. Special ordered it last year - the last FX Royale 400 in walnut ever produced. What an airgun!

I've owned both an FWB300 and a 55M. The FWB is a heavy weight airgun but it shoots rings around any 55. Also, the FWB 300 has a superior trigger and is a side lever cocker where as the 55 is a break barrel and has a refined Record trigger that is pretty darn good too. The 55M is much lighter...

I almost gave up on the entire project but Mathias in Sweden came over here to the USA to compete in the Nationals and whilst here he got things squared away with Pyramid Air. I have some suspicions regarding the whole matter but can't prove any of it so I'll keep them to myself. The Royale...

Mine is so-so. However, it's the last FX Royale 400 walnut ever made. I know this because I discussed it with the bunch over in Sweden when I ordered it. You can see the packing box in the background.

My FX Royale 400. Possibly the last walnut stocked one made based on conversations with FX in Sweden. Yes, it's a blast from the past but this particular airgun has a really great trigger, it's quiet to shoot and accurate as can be. I give it a slight advantage over my Taipan Vet .22 Std.

My SLR .177 carbine with Hyedua stock and my Venom HW77 .22 Verminter with period correct Beamon scope. Kingfisher2 pointed out that the Venom isn't a carbine - he is correct but I posted it anyway - my bad!

After viewing all of the above I think I need to see my therapist.
