I successfully ported that to 4.5mm

The picture is of the hole in the bottom of the breech. This picture does not show it completely disassembled, obviously. With everything removed my 4.5 mm drill bit touches the threads. The hole i need to get to is through this threaded hole.

I think this is where I'm currently having problems. I have a 4.5mm drill bit and a 4.5mm reamer but they both hit the threads in that hole. Are you talking about this hole? I've removed the oring, and disassembled everything, not like in this picture, before I attempted to see how the 4.5mm...

Am i correct in assuming that in order to port my breech to 4.5 mm I will need to re-drill and thread this upper threaded section? My 4.5mm bit hits the threads and doesn't freely pass them down to the air transfer port in the breech. I've removed the o-ring before testing the drill bit.

Thank you for responding. I read about the strike on USPS's website and do not blame MCP. The poppet arrived yesterday and after I installed it into the Notos, it is back to working order without new o-rings. I did order some spares from Captain O-ring and will have them available in the future...

I've reseated the exhaust valve with the original o-rings hoping that might do something but it is still leaking air out of the barrel. I suppose I'll need to wait for the poppet to arrive to see if that fixes the problem. However in the meantime I'd like to order new o-rings for the exhaust...

Nevermind about how to remove it. It was easy to just push out instead of hammering out.

Thanks. I removed the grub screw but didnt try and punch out the cross pin. Should I punch from the side opposite the grub screw and push it toward the threaded hole?
