Yes, and my DRS was a 500mm. And like all guns, the 500 just couldn’t do what a 600mm does easily. All I’m saying is the cool little gun you unbox is going to get long quick when you try to keep it quiet. So I hope for the sake of the consumer that all of FX’s true compacts don’t go bye bye.

I have have the drs 700 .25 and I didn’t have any problems with that . Out of the box easy 100 meters without any tinkering with it

There definitely seems to be improvement in efficiency - huge improvement… Just copied this spec sheet from the FX website for the original DRS. Note that the air capacity (260cc) is the same/similar to the new DRS Tactical. However, the DRST boasts shot counts that are near TRIPLE (in .177)...

I can't believe that I have come to this, but I would go with the FX, the slug bug bites deep! Edit: And with that magazine/plenum hanging down, don't waste your money on wood, it's never going to look good anyway. Get the tactical Drs.

By my math if you are currently getting 36 shots per fill this tank should get you 9 more shots? That is if 25% more volume Equals 25% more shots.

If I understand your post correctly, you bought an FX Panthera pcp and a spare FX DRS mini magazine. While they are very similar they are not the same, nor interchangeable. To be more specific: the magazine body itself is the same size but the cover is thicker for the Panthera/King/Dynamic line...

Orion mags are so easy to load and are very smooth. Much nicer than the factory mags.

Found the same thing now my drs is different story that just doesn't ever shift even if you pick it up by the barrel just have regular 1 in 16 slug liner on orings in the drs

The FX DRS magazines are terrible. I use Orion The Iguana Hunter Magazines they work flawlessly every time.
