Yes, there are “some” dings in the sheet metal, it’s inevitable. Main reason I went to a lower power platform is because of the pass throughs… In the video I believe there are only two shots where the pass through hits the sheet metal… There’s also a shot hitting the railing after passing...

@Franklink, maybe if they are carrying concealed…🙈 Wouldn’t the impact of the pellet simply knock the target around? If held rigidly then maybe bounce back? It looks like a target meant to be freely placed and knocked about.

It is indisputably a solid little PCP… That it will perform “outsize” to its footprint is a given, I personally love the little guns as they lend themselves nicely to practical useage…

Which is why I find the quest for more power and the using of slugs in airguns counterintuitive for the majority… Most come to airguns for the increased low power shooting opportunities they allow. Having a PCP with .22 rimfire power levels has zero utility for me…🙏

Good shooting on the rat… a 50 grain slug is a bit much for rats, that projectile “is” passing through… So what’s in the background? A simple red light atop a lower power .177 or .22 will bag you many, many rats once you have patterned them…

I’ve read Derrick does terrific “trigger jobs” on the PCPs he sells. Didn’t realize he did “toe jobs” too…🙈🙏
