There's nothing wrong with a Yong Heng, especially with "minimal use". My use of them has been more than minimal. With a track record of 3.5 years of solid service, a price of $300 or less, plus getting a FULL REFUND when it stopped working due to extended warranty, how can one go wrong?

I believe that person is WRONG! Call a local fire equipment distributor near you regarding SCBA tanks & their hydrotesting procedures. I think Michigan calls for volumetric expansion method for 5 yr hydrostatic cert. Dive shops know about dive tanks. Fire equipment people know about SCBA's.

Try to contact local airgunning through Facebook or the like in the meantime. I get the feeling there are quite a few iguana plinkers out your way (of which I'd like to become sometime). Find one or two locals & the "network" spreads.
