I have a question, I just shot my Impact gen 1 .22 for the first time in about 4 months. When I fired the gun I noticed I could feel a puff of air in my face . and it was not shooting consistent. Any suggestions?

My airforce talon ss has velocities ranging from 797 fps to 430 fps with a .177 10.34 grain pellet. About every 5 shots the velocity will drop and then come back up. And I cannot get the velocity over 800 fps. Do yo think an O ring is out and needs replaced? I would appreciate any...
