a friend wants me to sight in his .30 cal Hercules. I ran it through the chrono and it's way too hot and the pattern is a shot gun. Anyone know how to turn down the speed? it is in the 990-fps area with 50.1 gr fx pellets.

so I called fx usa last month. they sent me out 2 oring's and a valve seat. put the seat in the bottle valve and all is good. Till today. valve wont hold air yet again. I'm now thinking that the valve is bad and out of spec. I do swap bottles and the older used bottle i got is holding up fine...
