I replaced the small FX/Wika rear gauge on my Maverick with a 28mm Wika. When I pulled the old one out, it had a tube soldered in the port and it was almost pinched shut, not sure how it even read anything.

I’m trying to adjust the 2nd stage pull weight and the 1.5mm screw feels like loctite is on it? Does the rifle need to be cocked, empty of air? Right now it is uncocked, bottle on with pressure. Any help is appreciated, don’t want to strip the set screw.

I have noticed no actual torque specs for most FX rifles, in all videos it’s just finger tight with a T-handle or driver. Is this how everyone does it when re-assembling? Is it just by screw size in aluminum?

I would think the 2nd reg but don’t want to jack the gun up. My regs are set 160/120 bar. Also I was not clear on how to de-cock the gun with no pressure in it, without damage. Thanks and sorry for the dumb questions.
