I’m routinely traveling between sea level and 8-9000’. Should I be concerned if I charge up a PCP rifle or pistol at sea level and then take it up to a higher altitude?

What would cause a pumper to leak with one or two pumps but not 3 or more?

It looks like I might need to replace the valve seal. This is a flat plastic washer. TW Chambers lists it as part "PW115 Valve Seal", but I'd like to find a more local source. Does anyone in the US sell this part? If not, I guess it's back to making my own parts .... again.
