Actually, it makes the most sense in pcp... The 13.7s have the highest BC of any offering that is reasonable for sub 20 ft lb service and the 15.89s have the best BC of any offering up to about 35 ft lb... PLUS they just seem to generally be more accurate, or at least as good as my best...
