I bought a refurbished Hatsan Carnivore 35 a couple of years ago and i have no use for it. I somewhat had it in the back of my mind i might shoot a deer with it. Nope, not gonna do that. It shoots well, never had a issue with it. Far to large of a rifle for my chipmunk and squirrel adventures...

Scoop it up!

Another inexpesive way to get started and its overlooked is the Benjamin 392, baker rail adapter, and a scope. Excellent rifle out to 40yrds or so. Many many squirrels with mine.

The paper target or the squirrel, when it is shot, doesnt know the difference between my fortitude, gauntlet, flash, marauders, or your "real" airgun. My inexpensive guns have not failed me yet. Have a great photo album to back it up. Im not saying your "real" airgun isnt sweet, im just saying...
