My son has had one for about 3 years. I just shot some RWS Diablo basic pellets in it at 20 yards yesterday. I was blown away at how well it stacks them with 7 pumps and iron sites. They were moving 625fps with 7 pumps.

Thanks for all the input. I think I am probably going to go with my original idea and probably get a Beeman R7 .177. Just gotta turn some dead weight around here into some cash. Then after that maybe an HW95 Luxus in .22, that seems like it would be a good compliment of quality springers.

Funny you say that. My dad actually has a brand new 1999 or so Diana 34 in .177. He got it on sale back then and just never really shot it. I have it at my house and have been shooting it a little bit. Its big and loud but drives nails with 13.3grn JSB's. I bet it only has 40 pellets down it...

Lol thanks for the info........both would be nice. I was hoping to get 540fps or so with HW30 using Hobby pellets or maybe even H&N green. I actually considered the HW50 in .20 from AOA.
