    100 yards and beyond…?

“Never cared for groups after zero” Love it… same here, once zeroed… lot’s of pliniking where only the first shot counts… Then its off to do some pest control. Of course it is, but consistently? For the majority of shooters sending? Is the question…🙏 The “sporting” aspect as it applies to...

Thank you! That definitely helps with my decision…🙏

    100 yards and beyond…?

I love my airguns for the practical to me, sub 60 yards pesting/plinking opportunities I may encounter… That said, I understand that there are a select few, who through due diligence and many, many rounds downrange. May achieve consistent 5 shot, 1 MOA groups at 100 yards, whether with pellets...

Way to close buddy, i have a problem....

Fellow winged predators are always welcomed in my backyard… We have lots of Red Tail Hawks which fly up on high. One evening I see this hawk flying under the canopy, darting about… It was flying alot like Starling fly. I looked it up and it was a Red Shoulder Hawk, which specialize in hunting...

    K&F Concept Mini Tripod

If I may be a further pain in the butt… how much all in are you on the tripod with the extra ball head…? Seems like it would hold my Pathfinder and Atomic nicely…

    BRK pathfinder.

You can “see” the resemblance. The Bantam Sniper begat the Comannder but with a folding stock and the Commander begat the smaller Pathfinder. The Atomic/Ranger XRs are also but smaller Concept XRs… Small in form factor but outsized in performance…

Brocock/BRK Atomic XR Super Sweet Plinker…

This particular Atomic is sporting an UTG OP3 Micro SLS and a forward pistol grip. Did some plinking at 25 yards and 50 yards and then decided to move the objects out to 54 yards. Sending CPHPs… All shots kneeling, forward pistol grip resting on table. Hit, hit, miss, hit, hit… etc. Simply some...

    Barn Gun

The guns sell themselves, I am but one voice, that said, check out my Atomic XR. Kneeling at 54 yards, just for fun of course, UTG Red dot atop sending CPHPs…

This is out the box… no tuning on my part… Pathfinder XR / JSB Exact Jumbo 18s/ TP High Hi: 794 Low: 782 Avg: 788 Std: 4.94 ES: 12 FPE: 24.8 Plenty of energy for squirrels out to 50+ yards and you can bump up the power if you wish to…

    Barn Gun

No guru here…🙈 The Pathfinder is but a mini Commander, if you take a closer look you will see its undeniable. Same form factor in a smaller package. Similar to the Atomic/Rangers being but smaller Concept XRs. That said, I really love my Pathfinder for what you are describing above and its how I...

    BRK pathfinder.

There is room for all of them… It’s but a hobby to most…🙏 If for your son the Atomic is lighter still and just as capable out to 50 yards.Because your young son already owns an M4… yours…🙈

    BRK pathfinder.

Many will tell you that I am bias toward the BRKs and it is the truth. For me they have simply been stellar performers. I am lucky to own an Atomic,Pathfinder and Ghost. They all are sweet, at the moment the Pathfinder is my primary pesting PCP. It is simply a sweet little gun, particularly if...

Brocock/BRK Out with the old, in with the new

Congratulations on a fine choice… Took a few shot with my Ghost Carbine before work this morning. Simply an awesome platform for this amateur… I have to pull her out of the safe more often. The Atomic and Pathfinder are currently hogging all the action…

    Barn Gun

Am flattered...🙏 I’ve been using my Atomic with the TP on low as it came out the box for all my indoor pesting… Turning the HS down in addition to TP on low, would definitely aid in your quest for a quieter shot cycle and still be deadly on indoor pests. The Ranger/Atomic are marketed in the UK...

Airgun Technologies AGT Vixen or BRK Ranger/Atomic XR?

You know it‘s never that simple, adding the Pathfinder to the mix, gives the OP more options… We’ll know soon enough what they OP decides. Either way its a win for him…

    Barn Gun

This is the basic model, there is also a model with a built in LRF. I chose the Zulus after reading some post by @brawler1588. I really like the small form factor and ease of use. I had a fellow member lend me a Wraith which I used for a short while it was nice. The ATN was to big for my needs...

    Pesting isn’t hunting! But…

Which is why I love going after rats… Am seriously unabashed about killing them. Other pests? May or may not get a pass from me depending on where they are and what they are doing…🙏

    Barn Gun

I have experience both and prefer the Zulus for close range ratting. Though I have killed hundreds of rats with a basic red/green light combo. They do spook more easily than simply targeting them with NV… Great idea Randall! Am going to order that little red light… Thanks!

    Barn Gun

I hear you on scope and flashlight combo, which can be cumbersome on such a small gun… below is an image of my Atomic with a Zulus atop… It is handy, light and seriously deadly on rats and small vermin out to 50 yards…
