UPDATE 910 Airgun – Regulator Piston Removal Tool O-ring size

FYI... 910 has been relocating and moving into a storefront facility so he's been quite busy with that over the last bit. Could be the reason for the slow comms.

N/A A bit of an oddity with sub 12 foot pound PCP

I dont know the math behind it, nor do I even know if I'm correct. I could be FOS... but here is the way I look at it. We've all shot a spit wad through a straw, yes? Ever try shooting a tiny spit wad through a coffee stirrer? Not near as efficient as the standard size spit was shooter we...

    Hickory NC airgun show update

Reviving this as I am still catching up with both work and personal stuff... I'm in a little town outside of Asheville that was absolutely hammered. I got power back a couple weeks ago and internet back this past Sunday. I noted a few folks had reached out on this forum and over my phone...

North Carolina Airgun Show Roll Call

I'll be there... Was wondering if I would due to Helene. My little town got thrashed pretty badly. I just got power back a couple weeks ago and internet back this past Sunday. But... I'm loaded up and will be headed out that way bright and early. I have two tables reserved. Will have...

    Vector Veyron

All these say 'Designed for Air Rifles', but I'd check in on their warranty before throwing one on a springer. https://vector2007.com/collections/air-rifle-scopes

    Gamo Gamo Viper express opinions

I have one. Wouldnt trust it on dove for sure. I use it on occasion for carpenter bees and that's about it. Tried several shots on chipmunks and never could down one so stopped.

N/A Think I might be done...

Keep telling yourself that...haha Actually, I do get it. I've been in the same boat for a while and so over the last few years have been slowly selling off those that I have no special connection to or simply will not be used. Still, I find myself perusing the classifieds at times looking...

Drozd blackbird fully tuned power and accuracy?

I did not, sir... thanks! I'm still using the fiddly plastic loader. I also asked them about a bigger mag and they told me the same, but that was a couple years ago when I got it.

Drozd blackbird fully tuned power and accuracy?

Had a Blackbird all decked out with HPA, longer barrel, chip, etc, etc. Fun for S&G's, but that's about it. As previously stated, 20 yard accuracy is decent, but beyond that you're just spraying BB's. Ended up selling it to a member here some years back. I've since gotten the Barra 400e...

    Retired members here?

oh absolutely. I'm not complaining at all.

    Retired members here?

Not yet for me. 27 years of Federal Service under my belt so far... I have 6 to go to reach minimum retirement age for Fed employees (age 57) but will stay until 58 1/2 for compensatory reasons. After that... I'm done.

    Squirrel Question,

Ezana may have hit that one squarely on the head. I'd not considered a fox squirrel, but it does indeed look like a young one.

    Airgun owners vs firearm owners

Got a standard and a Cold Steel big bore airgun. I did make one a long time ago from a straight section of some kind of sapling.I split it down the middle and then carefully hollowed each half and bound it back together. I took bamboo skewers and cut a notch at the back end and twisted cotton...

    Airgun owners vs firearm owners

Already there...! I have a slew of throwing knives and am at least ok with spin and no spin throwing and have made a couple tomahawks. I used a cookie from a stump for a while and then built an end grain proper target some years back!

Airforce Best mold for Texan .457

I use this mold in my .457 Texan and at least out to 50 yards, it competes well with premium slugs. Past that, they fall a little short, but for S&G's, and just to get trigger time cheap, slugs out of that mold are just fine.

You sold something - okay lets talk about how to package what you just sold.

Great thread... I made the mistake of botching a packing job once... and unfortunately it was for an item that is unobtainable now and was sent to an individual I greatly admire and respect here. He was disappointed, but cool about it... I immediately refunded all monies paid by him to me...

    knifemaker ?

I generally use the 'easier to heat treat' steels such as 1084/1095 or 5160. I dont have a fancy heat treating oven and so just use my forge. I've not experimented with many steels at this stage
