I use granite sand to blast with. LP air sprayer to apply. Cerakote has a great budget spray gun to use for this

The process... Strip gun 100% Clean and degrease Sand blast Clean and degrease Heat Inspect for oils Paint Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours Reassemble A very fun process. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Sure can Bam.... Took apart and cleaned. Barrel shourd, rail, cover, took Donny FL Ronin apart, Trigger removed, buffer tube removed. Then cleaned in a parts washer. Then hand cleaned in acetone Sand blasted all with 90 grit Garnet sand Baked off the acetone and oils Applied Cerakote...

Cerakoted the Picatiny Rails, Barrel Shroud, Donny FL Ronin, Air Fill Cover, Trigger Guard, Custom Bolt Handle, Buffer Tube all in Magpul O.D. Green Added a 13" .25 cal barrel, longer shroud added, deleated baffles, switched to bolt action, custom cut Hogue AR grip, Iron Sights
