Both ARH and Vortek springs, seals and kits are very nice. I’ve never tuned a FWB 124, but I’d probably give the nod to ARH unless your trying to extract maximum power. Jim Macarri is a gruff old guy, but he is the foremost expert in spring piston tuning.
