The factory chambering is throated for pellets only. It’s difficult to run slugs accurately because of this. Slugs are ran out of choked LW .22 all the time. This is where the odd ball .216-.218 sizes were born.

As far as the tube goes, check for feathering on the DB o-ring. That’s a clear indicator of too much clearance. Either being the tube too large or the drop block too small. Machining of the tube should also be looked at. The threads are .015 larger in diameter then the tube so a nice transition...

The M600 Airbow will always be way more accurate per design over a rear pushed arrow. At 630fps average out of the box yeah the arrows needed to be specifically made for that. We were even shooting the prototype without fletching and it still remained accurate. 😉

We are currently refining the setup to have no issues. The sights are anodized aluminum and mounted using same epoxy CF manufacturing uses. That tested out to be a crazy strong bond for the sights. Keeping the shroud from indexing in harsh conditions is next witch shouldn’t be to hard.

The lightest gun you’ll ever shoot is on a tripod or sticks. 😉

It aids in the suppression system depending on your moderator over factory shroud. It doesn’t quite it down drastically as a stand alone. Simply removing the 18 vent holes the shroud does not need. Does not affect accuracy either as 100’s of other airguns have this design.

My question is how were you just able to screw a powder burner moderator onto an Airgun? Airguns are 1/2-20 in that caliber and taxed powder moderators are 1/2-24?
