    Hatsan Hercules Caliber Swap

I have had a Hercules .22 for almost a year now. It would not hold air when I first got it, (a refurb from Hatsan USA). After getting an RMA and sending it back for repair, it has been a pretty good shooter, but now it is leaking again and is not covered under warranty. Instead of sending it...

    Tuning Hatsan Blitz Breech O-ring

I just got thru testing the Blitz .30 with a new breech seal O-ring installed. Clocked @640 fps with the Hatsan 48.6gn pellet, and 685 fps with .300 lead "0" buckshot ball. Still kind of disappointing, but within 20% of 730. I am going to wait until performance & functionality starts getting...

    Tuning Hatsan Blitz Breech O-ring

Yes, I think just get some good light on it and just feel around until I get an idea of how /where it sits in there. Thanks

    Tuning Hatsan Blitz Breech O-ring

Hi I am almost positive that the breech seal on my Blitz .30 became dislodged somehow. After owning it for a few weeks I finally really got into sighting in and testing it. It functioned fine and had good accuracy. However, the pellets seemed to be quite slow, and would barely even stick in...

Hatsan Flash QE .25 First Two Weeks

Yes definitely a utility entry level gun, but I like that. Its working well thus far, just a bit lower fps than expected. I zapped this mangy robber earlier today, about 40yds facing front on, held between the eyes, he kicked a few times- a clean dispatch. I've got a little more confidence...

Hatsan Flash QE .25 First Two Weeks

Tried the few different pellets over the chrony and it went like this... @200bar H&N Silverpoint 840fps, Benjamin RN 820fps, Hatsan Vortex 820fps, H&N Crowmag 807fps. At 150bar Silverpoint 817fps, Benjamin RN 810fps, Hatsan Vortex 805fps, H&N Crowmag 788fps. Still not close to the 900fps claimed...

Hatsan Flash QE .25 First Two Weeks

Initially I sighted in with Benjamin pellets in the basement @ 30'. I looked at my pellet stash and found I had 5 unopened tins of Crow Mags, so I switched over to those. They probably aren't the best grouping pellets, but they sure do whack the snot out of squirrels. I plan on putting the gun...

Hatsan Flash QE .25 First Two Weeks

Hi, Thanks, I haven't checked the ports alignment yet. If I pull the barrel off, I might as well enlarge the ports and debur everything. Is there just the one set screw securing the barrel?

Hatsan Flash QE .25 First Two Weeks

Hi, I have been putting the Flash QE .25 through the paces for the past two weeks and would like to offer my observations and ask for advise from the experienced people here. First the good, accuracy is great, backyard quiet for sure, the trigger pull is ok, I will adjust it and it will...

First PCP (Hatsan Blitz) Won't Hold Air

Thanks Mr. Odoyle. I loaded a pellet and closed the bolt - voila! Pumped about 10-15 times and fired the pellet at the ashcan by the fireplace, put a nice dent in it. About 15 minutes and approx. 100 pumps later she is up to 150bar. I think the recommendation of filling with the bolt locked back...

First PCP (Hatsan Blitz) Won't Hold Air

I just went down to the garage and tried the 150psi LP compressor and it was just the same, never even moved the needle on the gage. It just leaked out as fast as it was shot in. Tomorrow morning I'll call the nearest scuba shop to see if they will try to fill it for me. I may be finished with...

First PCP (Hatsan Blitz) Won't Hold Air

Yes I can hear it leaking at the breach. I cannot pump fast enough to build pressure, the air leaks down to nothing in a minute or so. I'm going try pumping it up off of my 150psi LP compressor. That might get things seated.

First PCP (Hatsan Blitz) Won't Hold Air

I am going to try to find a dive shop nearby that will fill it for me before getting a compressor. That may not be easy for me as I live in NJ and most people here are afraid of anything that looks like a gun. Even paintball guns are considered firearms here. I liked the idea of getting a...

First PCP (Hatsan Blitz) Won't Hold Air

Bolt is locked back as procedure requires. I was also thinking that maybe trying to fill with either a tank or compressor, the greater volume would seat everything. Being my first PCP, I wanted to try the hand pump first before splurging on a compressor or tank.

First PCP (Hatsan Blitz) Won't Hold Air

Hi, I have been an airgun enthusiast for 50 years and I received my first PCP rifle on Friday 15JAN2021. It is a Hatsan Blitz .22 cal. Yesterday, after reading the provided instructions I started to fill the gun's onboard tank with air from my hand pump. After pumping for about a half hour it...
