Side note, I was also experiencing an excessive blow back of wasted air due to the fault I had. The above fix has taken it back to the way it was. I knew it didnt feel right, it was quite the waft of air in the face from the breech area and the vent holes behind the indexing mechanism.

Trigger feel has also greatly improved IMO, a tiny bit firmer spring rate like an AR platform, and with a better more positive return. This should help my groups as I felt it was a bit soft before and harder to be consistent.

I FIXED IT!!!!!!!! So it was the spring in the valve that I suspected in Theory 1, it either got too compressed by 3mm or so, or the shoulder that is on the little pin wasnt holding it where it is meant to be and slipped over reducing the effectiveness of the spring as it did nothing...or...

Does anybody know how much the little grub screw below the valve pin should be sticking out? Its the one that stops the pusher blade/rod going back too far. I dont think it would have the adjustment required to stop the pusher enough to prevent what is happening and it is very tight as it has...

Thanks for confirming that Towle, My servo valve pin doesnt move from side to side either, its the pusher that does after the shot, but the pusher spring is holding it all the way left. For some reason all of a sudden, my pusher gets pushed to the right side of the pin after the shot and gets...

OK, so far: 1. I have checked and reset barrel - Not fouling the magazine 2. I have opened up the entire indexing mechanism. No damage or anything strange found and all parts are there as per schematic. Sprayed a light coat of silicone spray in there and on all parts. Reassembled correctly...

 

 

 

@Blackpaw thanks for your response. I received mine in November, it has a higher serial number in the 1000's, but was issued before the second batch was sent out..Ed confirmed that the serial numbers do not match the order in which they were pre-ordered in one of his videos so I doubt its that...
