For airguns, 12" minimum from the muzzle to the first sensor. Works for me.

Two features I'm curious about that no one has mentioned yet: 1. Trigger (how light it is) 2. Accuracy (because it shoots through the magazine) Otherwise, it's like every other semi-auto airgun.

Congrats. After doing the conversions to ft./lbs. (FPE), it seems a little underpowered at around 20 FPE./764 FPS unless you tuned it that way. They're usually set up from the factory shooting around 28-30 FPE (38-40 joules). Do you guys have power restrictions? Also, what ammo are you using?

Damn. Sorry it's not what you expected. Looking at past walnut versions of FX rifles, I've never seen any that really stood out. Can't say the same for Daystate, Air Arms, Turkish airguns, and some Korean airguns. Can you return it for an exchange to a better grade?

Thanks for the pic. It may not be as bad of a gap but would definitely show if one uses a different pistol grip without a beaver tail.

Are you referring to the rail being mil-spec? I was referring to the rear of the receiver where the buffer tube connects. That portion is not mil-spec.

First off. What type of airgun are you mounting this on? Spring piston, CO2, pump pneumatic, or PCP? If it's a springer, check with the manufacturer if it's springer-rated and make sure they have a good warranty or return/exchange policy. All the other stuff can come later.

I started off with a Leupold RX-600 about 15 years ago. I later upgraded to a Leica 2800.COM and have no regrets. Excellent glass and it ranges a lot better than my old Leupold. Gone are the days when I used to count paces to measure distance lol.

I haven't seen it mentioned here or in other threads but does the top rail have any MOA built in? Also, for aesthetics reasons, would there be some overhang if a Magpul PRS or PRS Lite stock is mounted? It looks like the rear of the receiver where the receiver end plate is located is not...

That's good to hear. I wonder how it will do on the first shot if you let it sit for one week. That's if you can leave it alone long enough.

Based on other reviews, there are M-LOK slots on the bottom where the ARCA rail is at. The slots on the side are not M-LOK because it is too close to the barrel/air cylinder.

So are you saying the laminate/bottle version cost 200 GBP more than the walnut/bottle version? If so, yeah, that doesn't make sense.

It sucks that this might be the reality. Now it makes me wonder what the difference in cost is in the UK and other European countries are for the FAC versions.
