    .177 Pellets for hunting

Someone i know have shot at seagulls with a .22 PCP, using 15 - 18 grain JSB pellets, and seen the pellet just bounce off the damn things ( nesting on a nearby factory roof ) This was also at a 40 - 50 M distance. Mind you some times they did not bounce, so the bird would still take off but...

    .177 Pellets for hunting

Not long ago i dropped a pheasant at 75 M with a 10 grain JSB KO MK3 slug, its 2 friends feet from it did not even flinch, they left a few minutes later strolling into the tall grass. Also with a rifle from that side of the world, my trusty Epic airguns Two

New shot shed planned / going up ( up and running )

Been a while so i figure i do a little update. Grabbed a satellite pic of my friends place, entered APPROX location of current targets as a number ( distance to it ) 93 M is just over 100 yards. We use a Leopold range finder and range back towards the big shed surface when we put up new stuff to...

Who else is lucky to be able to shoot in there backyard?

For me that would be shooting from my 5 X 5 foot " balcony " or my kitchen window in a 2 floor apartment in the #6 largest Danish town, so that’s a no go. Taking the 40 min drive to my friends place, and its like not too far distance ( 130 M ) shooters heaven, and that is just fine as Danes...

Tuesday & Wednesday, big ass High pressure on top of little old Denmark. lots of sun and minimal amounts of wind. 😇 Barrel cleaned and extra boxes of slugs packed CUZ the range on my friends property will be getting a severe dose of lead. Also i have gotten tired of pulling my barrel every time...

    TANK PROS & CONS

I still very much like my 12 L Worthington carbondive 300 tank, even if its just a hybrid tank and so not very much lighter than a full steel 300 BAR tank. But carrying it in and out of a 2 floor apartment 2 times a week did get " boring " fast for this crusty old Dane. Also have to factor in i...

    A little shooting today

When i left my friends house his weather station read 4.7 M/s, that is just about 9 MPH wind, also that was the average wind speed the gusts i have no idea. Actually we might well fit a wind turbine to the shot shed this season, my friend have one lying around collecting dust. Even if the shot...

    A little shooting today

We are contemplating maybe build a tower to shoot from, we assume if you get 16 - 20 feet up you can shoot diagonal across the contoured property and so get a fair bit further than the current 130 M MAX distance. Then again we are locked to .177 here, so i feel we are already pushing the limit...

    A little shooting today

Slinging the little 13 grain Zans 100 yards in the not low wind, well you have to work for what you get, but it is a whole lot better than 13 gr pellets CUZ i tried that a bit later. First segment in my video on the orange top, my friend shooting his M30. Bottom 2 rows me shooting my Two. After...

    Im happy with this

Yes that will make life for lazy flies landing to rest, very dangerous. My tired 1966 eyes need 30 X to see flies, well at least at 100 M, half of that and the risk is substantially higher, almost sure death, not least if the fly is on the huge steel end of the container at 55 M CUZ in that...

Really really sad it have 12 shot MAG in all calibers, say 28 in .177 would maybe have pushed me over my price comfort level, but 12 shots,,,,, Nope just nope from this pea shooter

    N/A Scuba tanks

Yes and often just tested a few times CUZ there also is a EOL year for bottles, Private though not a problem, then it is just your own safety. Like my old 200 BAR bottle, i just had it filled 5-6 times at the dive shop but before first test, it then sat for the better part of a decade doing...

    New guy needing advice/ guidance....

Thats no problem, but you of course have to be careful connecting a 200 or 250 BAR rifle to a 300 BAR fresh filled bottle, so i have a 200 BAR rifle i will either shoot on my old 12 L 200 BAR steel bottle, or from my 300 BAR CF bottle when it have been shot down to a safe pressure for that old...

A 12 L big bottle at 300 BAR will take you for a lot of shooting hours for sure, i did that before i got my own compressor, and the bottle lasted me a month or so. ( mind i shoot .177 so not a air guzzling caliber ) Viking airgunner ( on youtube ) use to fill my bottle for me CUZ no Danish dive...

Welcome to the forum encore. I think a in line filter is much recommended with these little compressors, and i think those often come with all you might need to hook up. So probable Forster quick connects which is also what the M4 have for filling it You might consider a larger bottle to fill...

I have been officially shut down!

You will be amazed if you knew how little a Dane can do on his own property he is taxed like a SOB to own, you are now taxed on the possibility you could build more houses on your land not what is actually there. But funny thing airguns it seem you can shoot in your own little garden, even...
