Ok, this is depressing. I received today the new valve seat and pin and installed them. Same exact thing! Air is gushing out the barrel (and the breech when cocked). Its like there is no sealing at all. The only thing I can imagine is a faulty main block. Not sure what to do next.

To test the theory, I resurfaced the Delrin edge with a slight taper and a rounded edge from 1000 grit to 5000 grit. I also polished the valve seat with polishing compound. I will reassemble the airgun (for the 100th time... :-) ) and see what happens.

Both. I have jet replaced the fill port valve o-ring. I haven't touched the regulator. It now fills up to 150 bar but with the regulator gauge showing zero and air leaking from the barrel...
